Fantastic service. Booked just a few days ahead of move. Clear and responsive communication every step of the way. Reasonable rates. Had choice of time slots. Arrived in agreed time slot. Communicated via email their collection requirements ie. parking, packing of small items, dismantling of large furniture. Updated along the way via text. This enabled us to prep properly and ensure successful completion. Removal went very smoothly. Marvin & John we’re terrific. Highly recommend. They offer storage facilities too as well as sell packing materials if you need them. A one-stop-shop. Will use again

Earlier today I did a big move with these guys, the service and efficiency was just perfect. They actioned my move in just over 2 hours, and they were really accomodating and friendly. Nothing was broken, and I hadn't packed my glassware very well! Minor scuffs to my bed which could be cleaned off. Highly recommend these guys.

Great work. Matteo and Ahmet helped us move a boatload of stuff in a timely, well-planned manner. Everything moved at a great pace, great communication, and handled the circumstances and inconveniences of moving with prowess. They conducted our move after having just completed a 7 hour move, yet still moved everything with ease, expertise and professionalism.

Used Men in Black for a flat move in the CBD and was concerned how they would access the buildings. Emails to the company were responded to same day and gave every reassurance they could do the job. On the day the two movers showed up and had to do a little packing then pack and travel to the new place and unload. I have used many movers before but this company and the moving guys were fast, efficient, courteous and delivered exactly on their promise for a fuss free move. They even impressed the concierge of my old building who asked for their contact details to recommend to tenants as they worked so well within what the building rules were. All Being exceptionally polite. The quote is per hour and not Once did they drag their feet, completing the move in 2.5 hours. Much quicker than expected Cost was more than reasonable and comparable to other “man with a van” places that do not have the right equipment or insurances. All in all strongly recommended! Thanks

Ludo, Fransisco and Kevin did a great job over two days. Packing first at one location and then moving both houses to one location the following day. The second day was a mammoth job taking almost ten hours and included (quite memorably) the impressive feat of getting a 2m x 1m, 100kg, solid teak table up a narrow staircase to my home office. All throughout being cheerful and friendly, and even making friends with our dog. We got it done.

They are very polite and caring with my things (I haven’t unpacked yet so let’s see lol) but jokes aside, Men In Black are by far the best removalist I have used serviced with. Lorenzo, on the other hand, I think he is their boss, is very kind and accommodating too when I had change of move date, he was very understanding. I will count on your service next time guys if need be.

We always use these guys. Currently selling two apartments and storing out stuff in my dads granny flat. They have to Tetris all our boxes and furniture to fit 2 x 2 bedroom apartments in a one bedroom granny flat and they have managed to do that for us. Professional, hard working and reasonably priced.
