We needed to book last minute because another company let us down, and we were happy to find something, however they promised times they could not actually meet. First it was noon, then 2pm, then 6pm, finally they arrived at 7pm. I know they had mishaps too but I feel things were overcommitted. The poor guys worked until 11pm to complete our job. It was frustrating waiting all day with lots of changes. If too busy just say so, do not overbook the jobs. When they finally did arrive things were done to satisfaction but the guys must have been really tired. The truck they sent was a bit big also for our small place so they had a lot of trouble getting it down the small streets and the driver was frustrated the time it took. I would give them another go because the guy on the phone for bookings was helpful.
